Carri earned her bachelor's degree from Northwest Missouri State University in psychology and sociology. Later, she received her master's in counseling from Webster University and is currently pursuing a doctorate's in clinical psychology.
Despite her educational achievements, Carrie says her greatest accomplishments include being a wife and mother of four.

Lakilah received her bachelor's in marketing from University of Arkansas and her master's in business and administration from Webster University.
She promotes public awareness on a wide range of issues such as wellness and civil rights.
Cicely Jones

A Kauffman Scholar, Cicely is a junior at Lincoln College Prepatory and plans to study business.
She is currently working on her own brand called KWEENLY, which means Knowledgable Women Embracing the Elegance of Naturally Loving Yourself. Cicely's goal is to utilize the brand to develop strong women by helping them realize their natural beauty and embracing the importance of self love.

A strong and positive voice for young women, Erin facilitates projects that aim to empower the next generation of girls to use their minds.
Erin graduated from Ruskin High School and is a sophomore at Longview Community College. Her goal is to go on to a university and study graphic design.
